Discovery intake

You share the problem statement, existing repositories, and any vendor quotes. We schedule a 45-minute video call to confirm users, compliance needs, and what “done” means for the first release.

Architecture memo

Within one week we deliver a short memo: components, data stores, third-party services, and explicit non-goals. This document becomes the contract appendix for fixed-scope build work.

Build sprints

Sprints run one to three weeks with a demo at the end of each. We commit to merge-ready pull requests, not slide decks. Your team retains the repository; we do not host your source.

Review-only track

If you only need a technical review, we skip build sprints and return a findings PDF plus a ranked issue list suitable for your issue tracker.
