We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or social plugins on this website.
Purposes and legal bases
We process inquiry data to respond to your request, prepare proposals, and perform pre-contract steps (PDPA Article 19 legitimate purposes and your consent when you submit the form). We do not sell personal data.
Retention
Inquiry records are kept for up to twenty-four months after the last message unless a longer period is required for tax or dispute resolution. You may ask us to delete earlier when no contract exists.
Your rights
Under the PDPA you may request access, correction, deletion, or cessation of processing. Contact us at info@prostart-grid.digital. You may lodge a complaint with the competent authority in Taiwan.
International transfers
If you email us from outside Taiwan, your message may be processed on systems located in Taiwan.
Form handling
Submissions POST as JSON to /api/inquiry on the same domain. Only staff involved in consulting may read them. Transport security (HTTPS) is required in production.
