These terms apply to services offered by ProStart Grid Software Consulting (Unified Business No. 24218648, person in charge Wei-Lin Huang), No. 59, Zhongzheng Road, Luodong Township, Yilan County, 265, Taiwan.

Services

We provide paid programming consulting: project-based software engineering, technical reviews, and implementation support for startup MVPs. Specific fees and schedules are agreed in a written statement of work—not on this website.

Engagements

Work begins after both parties sign a statement of work or purchase order and any required deposit is received. You warrant that you have rights to any code or materials you share with us.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed, upon full payment for a milestone you receive a license to the deliverables created in that milestone. Pre-existing tools and libraries remain under their original licenses. We may reuse general know-how that does not reveal your confidential information.

Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other’s non-public business and technical information with reasonable care.

Warranties

Services are performed with professional skill. Except as stated in the statement of work, deliverables are provided “as is” where industry practice allows. We do not guarantee fundraising outcomes or user growth.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Taiwanese law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for the milestone giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan. Courts in Yilan County shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer rules provide otherwise.
